Diagnostics
We will diagnose your computer problems and give you the details. This fee will be waived if you elect for us to service your computer.

New PC Setup

This service includes setup of your new computer and basic training on usage and maintenance.

Operating System   

The service includes installation or upgrading, and configurations of an operating system, installation of anti-virus software.

Software Installation 

This service includes up to three (3) software titles or one (1) software suite installation and configuration.  Additional software installations may result in an additional cost.

Computer Clean-up

This service includes the removal of temporary files, virus/spyware/malware/adware, etc. and a general cleaning inside the computer case. Due to the increasing complexity of virus’s, spyware, malware, adware, rootkits, etc. Certain instances of these programs may cause irreparable damage to an operating/file system and may result in the need to format and reinstall the operating system in order to effectively secure and restore proper performance and usability, which may result in an additional cost.

Hardware Installation

Including but not limited to motherboards, memory, GPUs (graphics cards) and any other internal hardware items for laptop and desktop computer models.
